Blueberry smoothie bowl

Ingredients
1 cup frozen blueberries
1 frozen banana, sliced
1/2 cup Greek yogurt (or vegan alternative)
1/2 cup almond milk (or any milk of choice)
1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional, for sweetness)
Toppings: Sliced banana, fresh blueberries, granola, chia seeds, and a drizzle of honey or nut butter
Process:
- Blend the Base: In a blender, combine frozen blueberries, frozen banana, Greek yogurt, and almond milk. Blend until smooth. If the mixture is too thick, add a little more milk. If you like it sweeter, add honey or maple syrup to taste.
- Check Consistency: The smoothie should be thick enough to eat with a spoon. If it’s too runny, add more frozen fruit or a bit of ice to thicken.
- Serve: Pour the smoothie into a bowl.
- Add Toppings: Garnish with sliced banana, fresh blueberries, a handful of granola, a sprinkle of chia seeds, and a drizzle of honey or a dollop of nut butter.
